Hodgkin is a library of data objects that simulate mathematical neurons, including classic Hodgkin-Huxley neurons and theta neurons. Hodgkin-Huxley haven't quite made it to release and are planned for version 0.2.
2007-07-11: Release 0.1 is out with documentation. The libraries are compiled for Java version 1.5 so as to be used with Matlab.
